Kay did everything! She handled everything to get the house ready all the way to closing. She offered to assist with contacting contractors to get the home ready for sale. I was more than eager to let her handle this. However, she was always in contact with me, asking what I wanted to do as it relates to getting the house ready for the sale. She said from the beginning my home would likely be a multiple offer situation and she was correct. Eleven offers received in 12 hours. For over 20 years, I have called Omaha my home. I initially came here to practice medicine as an OB/GYN doctor, where I found great fulfillment in providing compassionate care for my patients. After raising my family here, I made the decision to retire from medicine and pursue my other passion--real estate.
